Dr. Butler discovered her love for dentistry the summer before she was going to apply to med school. While working for a family friend at his dental office, she realized how rewarding and engaging dentistry could be. At the end of the summer, she took the dental entrance exam instead of applying to med school and never looked back.
Dr. Butler attended Loma Linda University where she earned her DDS, MSD, and her Pediatric Certification. Dr. Armine Martirosian grew up in Anaheim Hills and received her undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles. She then went on to receive her DDS from University of Southern California and completed her pediatric dental training at New York University. Dr. Armine has a true passion for working with kids and strives to be the best provider she possibly can and help children leave the office with healthy smiles and a positive experience. In her spare time, she loves to cook new recipes, try new restaurants, hang out with family and friends, and spend time outdoors, especially at the beach. Dr. Armine is very excited to meet all her new patients.
Dr. Krall is a Board Certified Dentist Anesthesiologist who has dedicated his practice to the delivery of anesthesia and sedation services to the dental profession only. Because of his dental background and his focus on providing services only for dentists, he understands the dental procedure and can anticipate the needs for each procedure and patient.
Dr. Krall is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. After graduation, he practiced general dentistry for 12 years before returning to train in Dental Anesthesiology at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and affiliated hospitals.
Dr. Krall is currently a member of numerous organizations, including being a diplomate of the American Dental Board of Anesthesiologists, International Anesthesia Research Society, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Tri-County Dental Association.
Dr. Krall has been married to his wonderful wife Lisa for 17 years. They have 13 year old twins, Daniel and Bailey. His family enjoys cycling and completed their first century (100 miles) as a family on Mother’s day of 2013. They also enjoy other outdoor activities such as hiking and running.

As Financial Coordinator, Karen is responsible for keeping the day-to-day organizational and financial aspects of the practice in order. She is here for all of our patient families, with regards to any questions they may have about their accounts. Karen has more than 20 years of experience in both medical and dental specialties, but it wasn’t until 4 years ago, when she began working with Dr. Butler that she found her favorite specialty – Pediatric Dentistry. Karen looks forward to working with your children and the entire family to make your visit a comfortable experience. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three kids, her friends, reading, hiking, trips to the beach and trips to Disneyland.
Nikki was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and was originally a certified dental assistant. She now assists the front office with all their needs and helps create treatment plans. She knew dentistry was for her because she loves helping everyone have a wonderful experience in the dental offices. Outside of the dental office, she enjoys going to the gym, relaxing under the sun at the beach, and discovering new restaurants.
Haydee was born in El Salvador and raised in Santa Ana, CA. She started in the dental field working in the back office. After leaving the field for some time, she’s back and loves assisting the front office. She always knew she wanted to help people and what better way than helping patients love their smile. In her free time, Haydee loves going to the gym, spend lots of time with family, and finding new places to eat.

I’ve been working in Pediatric dentistry for 8 years. At a young age I knew I wanted to work in dentistry. After raising my boys I went back to school in 2012 and completed the RDA program at OCC. I enjoy working with children and helping them keep healthy smiles. In my spare time I enjoy bbq’s with the family, shopping, sports, watching my boys play baseball and date nights.
Meet Aline. She is our new dental assistant here at VPPD. She is very excited to join our awesome Team here. When she’s not studying for school, she loves to read, play the guitar and piano, sing, and bake. She also loves her coffee!!!
Leanna has been a part of the dental field for 10 years. She has worked at a General Practice for the initial 3 years where she was able to experience other specialties, but fell in love with working in Pediatrics. She has a very fun and inviting personality that the kids enjoy. When Leanna is not in the office, she spends time with her 2 boys. As a family, they like going to the movies, the beach, amusement parks, and cooking together at home. Leanna looks forward to working chairside with your child(ren) to make their visits enjoyable and educational.
